  • Harvesting
  • Processing

With special presenter Roger LaBine, of the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians

9am - 4pm  

  • 9:00 - Opening Ceremonies
  • 10:00 - 3:30 - Manoomin harvest & Processing
  • 2:00 - Meal (featuring Manoomin)
  • 3:30 - Closing remarks
