College & Adult Vocational Training  (AVT)

Welcome,

The Grand Traverse Band promotes and encourages education and vocational training/trade beyond high school for our Tribal members living and attending Michigan Public colleges and universities, or a Michigan accredited or licensed training facility.  An individual seeking adult vocational training scholarship is based on the number of clock hours. An individual seeking post-secondary degree scholarship who is attending a Michigan Public University or Community College is based on the number of credit hours.  The scholarship program is funded through RAO.
