November 2024 Immunization Schedule   

GTB FHC is pleased to offer seasonal Flu shots and COVID-19 booster vaccines to our clinic eligible clients.
This includes GTB tribal members, any Federally recognized tribal member, GTB tribal member spouses, and GTB employees. Updated registration and consent form required prior to services.

Medicine Lodge:
Available during regularly scheduled provider visits, and may be received during nurse walk-in hours M-F 9-11am and 2-4pm while supply lasts
Starting October 4th every Friday 2-4pm at drive-thru outside shelters- as weather and staffing permits

Other Information: 
HIGH-risk are people aged 55 or above, chronic health problems such as diabetes, heart or kidney disease, asthma, people with weakened immune systems due to cancer, HIV/AIDS, long-term corticosteroid therapy, pregnant women, Health care workers; and children under 2 years old, children on aspirin therapy, or with sickle-cell anemia, or caregivers of these children and of children less than 6 months of age.
