GTB ELDER PROGRAM $100 Meijer Gift Card for Food
Elders living in the Six County Service Area may qualify to receive a $100 Meijer Gift Card for food purchases only.
To receive a gift card, a short survey must be completed first.
Qualifications
You must:
• Live in the Six County Service Area
• Be 55 years or older
• Have a birth date on or before March 31, 1971
• Complete the Elder Food Survey
Important Deadline
All surveys must be completed by:
March 31, 2026
Gift cards will be issued after the survey is completed and eligibility is verified.
