Join EDC as we gather in celebration, tradition, and community at the 2026 Kchi Wiikwedong Anishinaabek Maawnjidowin Contest Powwow.
On June 6 & 7, Turtle Creek Stadium transforms into a place of honor – where drums echo the heartbeat of indigenous pride, dancers carry forward generations of culture, and community comes together in a powerful expression of identity, resilience, and pride.
From the Grand Entry to the final Traveling Song, this is more than an event – it’s a living tradition. A space to witness the strength of the Anishinaabe culture, honor our veterans, uplift our youth, and celebrate the spirit that connects us all.
All are welcome to experience the beauty, energy, and meaning of this unforgettable gathering.
Grand Entries: Saturday, June 6 at 1PM & 7PM | Sunday, June 7 at 1PM
