Class will be offered
- Tuesday, August 4, 10a - 4p, 3 mile/Traverse City building
- Wednesday, August 5, 10a -4p, M-22 building/Heritage Library,
Bring bag lunch (lunch not provided)
The class is open to staff and community members who are planning on cooking or helping in GTB kitchens in the coming year.
You only need to attend one session, and you will receive certification upon completion.
