Hello, my spirit name is Yellow Cloud Woman, I am Bald Eagle Clan, an Ottawa women from the place by the big bay. My given birth name is Tina Frankenberger, Tribal Council Secretary with the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa & Chippewa Indians, Vice Chair of GTB Natural Resources & Enviromental Committee. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Fisheries & Wildlife from Michigan State University and have work for GTB Natural Resource Department as a fisheries biologist and interned with the EPA. Food sovereignty, Indigenous seed keeping, fairness and equality are at the core of what directs my life.  I am a mother at 47 to a one year old baby girl, whose future has become my reason to work harder  and smarter to bring the positive change in our community, the environment and our future.
